TCA: 'Death Comes To Pemberley' to air on PBS Masterpiece

According to Deadline, Masterpiece exec producer Rebecca Eaton confirmed Tuesday night during the TCA Summer TV Press Tour 2013 that BBC One's Death Comes to Pemberley starring Matthew Rhys, Anna Maxwell Martin, and Matthew Goode, which is currently filming (see new on set photo of Matthew Rhys as Mr. Darcy above ^) will air on PBS Masterpiece sometime during the end-of-year holidays in 2004 via Masterpiece's announcement here. No airdate as of yet, other than the year 2014.

TCA: Matthew Rhys Is Mr. Darcy For Masterpiece’s ‘Pemberley’
Masterpiece exec producer Rebecca Eaton also confirmed Deadline’s May report that Matthew Rhys will play Fitzwilliam Darcy in PBS’s three-part adaptation of Death Comes to Pemberley, based on the novel by P.D. James that imagines Jane Austen’s Darcy and Elizabeth six years after they marry and a body turns up at Pemberley as they’re preparing for their annual ball. Anna Maxwell Martin plays Elizabeth in the drama, timed to mark the 200th anniversary of the publication of Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. Origin Pictures is producing for BBC One with filming in Yorkshire. The series is expected to run during the end-of-year holidays.
